I can not believe it has been this long since I updated everyone. March and snow.....REALLY?? :) I guess Facebook really is easier to keep up with everyone.
Let's start with Granny and get that done........she is now in the nursing home in Alamo. It was great fun at first, then she decided it wasn't. So, we did what was best for her and our family and moved her to Alamo the last week in July. She is happy there.......today anyway!
Next.....kiddos are finishing up school work from this last year and as of now everyone will be done this week in time to start the new school year on Sept 6th. HUGE accomplishment considering all we have had going on.
Anna has started work at the library here in town and loves it. She only works a few hours a week but it is something that is great for her. She loves books and being around people. AND she will be *16* on Sept 9th! yikes! Seems like just last year we brought her home from the hospital....that cute little red haired bundle!
Molly went squirrel hunting with my Uncle on Sat and got 5, she was thrilled! I can hardly wait til deer season. The garden didn't produce very well this year, so meat this winter will be a HUGE blessing! Potatoes, carrots and homemade bread can stretch it a long way!
Jimmy is working a full-time, yet temporary job in Covington and starts A&P classes tonight in Covington. We are still hoping for a full time job after this assignment ends in Dec.
Well....those are the major changes around here....for today anyway. Off to enjoy a movie in our PJs tonight while Jimmy is in class. "The Widow's Might" I have heard it is REALLY a great movie.
